How can ge Rs.20000/= Nutrition Allowance to pregnant Mothers?
- Complete the relevant application,handover it to the divisional secretariat with a certified copies of clinic card by the Divisional Health Service Director(MOH) within 03 months.
Who can get Educational Aids?
- Educational Adis can get schooling children whos father died or suffers from uncureable disease.
How to register N.G.O?
- If the NGO started more than one year,handover relevant documents to the office to register it.
Can I get Samurdhi Beneficiary as a New Applicant?
- New beneficiaries are not being selected and accept requests for future acceptance.

How to get a copy of Birth or Marriage or Death Certificate?
- Pay Rs 100/= for each copy, if the number and registered date is available of the Birth or Marrage or Death certificate ,
- Pay Rs 200/= for each copy,if the number and date of register is not available of the Birth or marriage or death certificate to the Divisional Secretariat and get the certificate.
- Anyone can take Birth/Marriage/Death certificate occured within Sri Lanka from this Divisional Secretariat.
How to register a Birth?
- When registering a birth prior three months it occured,you should meet the relevant registrar of a Birth in the division .
- When registering a birth exceeding three months,meet the relevant Additional District Registrar of a birth and get the information.

Should the owner come in the registration of a business name?
- Here, it is compulsory for the owner of the business to come and he should bring the National Identity card and the commercial permit issued by the Pradeshiya Sabhawa. the application and guidance for this can be achieved from the office.
How is the widows' and orphans' pension get made after the death of the civil pensioner?
- First the death certificate of the pensioner is got and his pension is stopped.
- Letters are sent to the bank to get any extra amount if there is.
- Then the person is informed to produce following documents,
Original death certificate of the pensioner.
Original birth certificate of the widow
Original marriage certificate
A photocopy of the widow's Bank Pass Book
A photocopy of the Widow's National Identity Card
A photocopy of Widow's WOP card or WOP number
- A colour photograph certified by the Grama Niladhari
- Grama Niladhari should certify the photocopies of the above documents
- After they give relevant information the necessary things should be done to make the widow's and orphans' pension.
Why is pension of the retried persons is stopped?
- As the life certificate of the relevant year is not given the pension is stopped.
- Giving the life certificate to the pensioner and instructing him to get it certified by the Grama Niladhari.
- Later updating the pension after life certificate is presented.
Why is the pension not paid to the heirs after the death of widow?
- Explaining them that there are not provisions in the widow's and orphans' act to pay any salary or arrear of a person who claimed a pension to his claimers.
How can be a salary report obtained?
- Should come with the pensioner's Identity card,National Identity card and requesting letter.
