- One prize per Divisional Secretariat will be drawn monthly.

- For twin births Rs. 5000 each and for the birth of three or more children Rs. 10000 each monthly for one year

- The non-refundable maximum of Rs. 45000 is provided for equipment, goods, materials, animals, buildings.
- Life Cycle Loans by Samurdhi Bank (Maximum 500,000 interest 12%)
- Livelihood Development Loans by Samurdhi Bank (Max 500,000 - 12% Interest)
